Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your Labrador Retriever puppy will be delivered the next day. If you make your payment today, you can expect to receive your puppy by tomorrow evening. Upon registering the delivery, I will provide you with the tracking number and all the necessary shipping details to receive your puppy.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery of your Labrador Retriever puppy to your address has never been easier. Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled cabin area for pets, in an airline-approved carrier. Ahead of time, you will receive the flight number, arrival time, and a reference number that identifies your puppy. We can arrange for your puppy to be delivered directly to your home address, or you can pick up your puppy at the airport, just like picking up a person. You will need a reference or airbill number for this. Whatever suits you and your puppy best is what we strive to provide. Shipping is totally safe and stress-free for the puppy. You will usually receive your puppy within 24 hours of shipping, depending on your location. In my experience, puppies are very comfortable during the flight, and new owners often report that their puppy arrives happy and not stressed.

We ship our puppies using airlines because it is the fastest and safest way to transport them from our location to yours, especially if you live far away or in another state. Our puppies are shipped in airline-approved plastic pet kennels that we customize based on the weight of the puppy and the journey’s duration. They ride in a special climate-controlled and pressurized compartment on the plane, which is no different from the cabin. They are not in the same compartment as the passenger luggage.

Our shipping crates are clearly marked with colorful “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers. We label the crates with the destination airport, confirmation number, and the customer’s phone number and address. To prepare for shipping, we play with the puppies in their crates beforehand so they are used to them. They have never shown fear of the crate. We provide plenty of food and water in the shipping crate to ensure the puppy’s comfort during delivery. In the unlikely event of a delay at an airport, the puppy will have enough food and water to stay healthy. Although traveling is not hard on them, we minimize their time in transit by scheduling direct flights whenever possible.

We check weather conditions at the destination and only ship when it is safe for the puppy. We prioritize the puppies’ health above all other considerations and do not ship if weather conditions could be hazardous. We usually ship Monday through Saturday and guarantee the safe and healthy arrival of your puppy. We WILL NOT SHIP if we believe the weather conditions are unsafe. Your puppy may take a few days to adjust once they arrive at their new home, but most people report that their puppy steps out of the shipping crate and acts right at home.

Nanny Shipping

We can also deliver your new puppy directly into your arms! We have reliable airline nannies who will fly with your puppy right to you. This is the safest, most reliable, and least stressful way for your new puppy to be delivered. A puppy nanny takes the puppy on board with them and provides the attention they need. We want the best possible care for your puppy!

Due Diligence

All puppies are flown with ice water, bedding, and food attached to their crate if needed. We prefer to use American, United, or Continental Airlines, as they have new planes with compartments specifically designed for animals like puppies, kittens, and birds.

Health Certificate

A health certificate is required for all pets traveling by air. This certificate ensures that all pets are healthy and not sharing anything more than a ride. All airlines require this certificate, and it is mandatory.

Please be waiting for your puppy at home or the airport at the given time. The puppy is usually available for pick-up one hour after the flight’s arrival time. A valid ID, such as a driver’s license, is needed for pick-up. We appreciate knowing that the puppy has arrived safely at your home, so please call or email us as soon as you can. Don’t forget to take your puppy to your veterinarian for a health check-up within 48 hours of arrival. We will follow up with you 24 hours after you receive your new puppy to ensure everything is perfect, answer any questions you may have, and measure your satisfaction.
